Punta Gran ReservaOf our Serrano Hams we offer the possibility of being able to taste our favorite part of the Ham. In this case the Punta, which is the part with the highest proportion of fat in the ham and has a similar cure to the Babilla or Contramaza.
The tip is the part opposite to the hoof of the ham. In this part of ham we can find a higher proportion of fat and the flavor of its meat is more intense and tasty due to the fact that the curing process is vertical.
