Our Jamón de Cebo 50% Raza Ibérica CASA IBERA, spend around 36 months of the maturing time in our natural cellar located in the Mountains of Baza, in the area of Sierra Nevada and Sierra de los Filabres. The altitude over the sea level, with a fresh, pure and clean air; the climate with cold and dry winter and warm and dry summer, create a privileged place that is not possible to find in other location.
Using our traditional grandparents recipe, which only include Ham and a pinch of salt, we are looking for the natural essence of Jamón Iberico. Avoiding use colorants, preservative, or other artificial additives, you can taste a Healthy and 100% Natural ham, typical of the Mediterranean diet.
The elaboration of all our ham just include the minimum necessary of salt.
